new menu shaped by our Executive Chef, Tanya, and
her vibrant Australian–Asian fusion approach.
This season’s offering leans into fresh aromatics, lively citrus, gentle heat and layered depth — flavours that feel exciting yet grounded in the comfort of familiar ingredients.
Expect bright notes of lemongrass, kaffir lime and basil woven through summer vegetables, seafood and grilled proteins. Rich reductions meet fragrant pastes, while warm spices are balanced with crisp herbs and delicate acidity. Each dish reflects Tanya’s ability to blend tradition and innovation, bringing together local produce and Asian influences in a way that feels seamless and refreshing.

Introducing Tanya, our New Executive Chef
Pasture Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Tanya as Executive Chef. This milestone supports the Group’s vision for its next chapter, including the evolution of Pasture of Balmoral into a full-service restaurant and the continued refinement of both venues - Pasture of Balmoral and Pasture of Kirribilli
Tanya brings a fresh culinary perspective shaped by her passion for Australian and Asian ingredients. Under her leadership, Pasture Group is expanding its identity from modern Australian dining towards a more expressive Australian–Asian fusion, reflected in the new menus now being developed.
She will work closely with Head Chef Lee in Balmoral and Sous Chef Toey in Kirribilli to guide the Group’s culinary direction and maintain alignment across both kitchens.Tanya’s appointment marks an exciting new era of flavour and innovation for Pasture Group.

Pasture of Kirribilli is HERE!
Following the resounding success of Pasture of Balmoral in 2018, the Pasture Group is embarking on a new gastronomic venture in Kirribilli. With an unwavering commitment to quality and sustainability, Pasture of Kirribilli promises to redefine the culinary landscape with its dedication to sourcing ingredients directly from producers.
With a seating capacity for 80 guests, Pasture of Kirribilli unveils a modern, fresh design and fit-out, setting the stage for a unique dining experience. The restaurant will open its doors for breakfast and lunch service seven days a week, along with three evenings of delectable dinners (Fridays through Sundays).
The Pasture of Kirribilli team cordially invites the community, food enthusiasts, and the media to stop by and experience the new restaurant.
