Christmas Day Lunch at Pasture of Balmoral
This Christmas, gather your loved ones and celebrate by the shores of Balmoral with a festive long lunch at Pasture. Our chefs have created a special menu designed for sharing, bringing together the freshest seafood, succulent roasts, and indulgent desserts to make the day truly memorable.
Begin with roasted marinated olives and house focaccia, followed by entrées to share, including Scallops Ceviche with citrus and fish roe, Grilled King Prawns with homemade chimichurri, and Sydney Rock Oysters with passionfruit and caviar.
For mains, enjoy Turkey Breast filled with bacon maple jam and pistachio, alongside Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder with rosemary pepper crust and mint yoghurt. Sides for the table include a vibrant Christmas Salad of rocket, bocconcini, heirloom tomatoes and mango, plus Roasted Mushrooms and Baby Potatoes with white truffle oil.
To finish, choose between our crisp Cannoli filled with dark chocolate chips and pistachio, or the delicate Matcha Honey Coconut Pannacotta with mango jelly. A full vegetarian menu is also available.

Following the resounding success of Pasture of Balmoral in 2018, the Pasture Group is embarking on a new gastronomic venture in Kirribilli. With an unwavering commitment to quality and sustainability, Pasture of Kirribilli promises to redefine the culinary landscape with its dedication to sourcing ingredients directly from producers.
With a seating capacity for 80 guests, Pasture of Kirribilli unveils a modern, fresh design and fit-out, setting the stage for a unique dining experience. The restaurant will open its doors for breakfast and lunch service seven days a week, along with three evenings of delectable dinners (Fridays through Sundays).
